Problem reaching MGMT by vpn

Hello

A few days ago we upgraded from version 9.0.10 to 9.0.14, after that we lost the management from the VPN S2S, everything is fine , however, in the connections we see that there is no response from the Firewall to our queries. In the monitor we only saw the incomplete application and in the packet captures we only saw the SYN and retransmission.

In your experience, how has this been fixed, or what recommendations or workaround could be executed?

Hello,

I would try a restart of the management plane, if you can ssh into it somehow. The cli command is 

debug software restart process management-server

Hello,

Just thought of something else. Since you are seeing 'incomplete' in the application, it means that the system didnt have enough packets pass through it to detect the application. In my experience, it could be routing issues somehow.

You can try allowing VPN via Firewall and see if that helps:
