Problem with Support Account

I've just created an account with a PA-220 associated to it following the official documentation found in

I've finished the activation of the account but when i sign in i get the following message
"You have no active memberships in the support portal. Please make sure to sign in with an email address that is associated with a support portal account. Click here to log out from this account."

What should i do?

For any problems associated with logging into the support portal, or dealing with registered Assets, I would call the support number.  Especially since it looks like you can log in, but aren't associated to the proper account.


I would use the form based help, or call the technical support line.
