Hello @Saurabh1

I am not aware of any known issue leading to this behavior. Could you try to restart management process to see it can resolve the issue: KB.

Kind Regards

Pavel

Hello,

If a restart of the management interface does not correct it, try a different browser, clear all cache and cookies, try incognito mode in Chrome.

Hello @Saurabh1

thank you for reply.

Could you please confirm what PAN-OS version are you running?

Also, just to confirm you are referring to: Network > QoS > [Interface] > Statistics? Are you seeing all values / charts empty?

Kind Regards

Pavel
