Hello,

 

We are planing implement TS Sever. Kindly advise if Windows Firewall needs to be disabled on Server for TS Agent implementation. Please provide the reason for the same whether yes/no.

The terminal server agent needs to communicate with the PA firewall this will be the only port you need to allow on the windows firewall.

 

Port—Enter the port number (default is 5009) that the TS agent service uses to communicate with the firewall.
