Does anyone know what the "IP Tag" log is exactly used for? I know its related to dynamic address objects but what is the log used for?

This IP Tagging is mainly used add a tag to a specific IP which is mainly used add the IPs into specific dynamic address group and use that address group in security policy to allow or block communication.

Hello @Tim_Stephens ,

These log quotas can be customized on firewall and you will find it in Device > Setup > Management and click on Logging and Reporting Settings.

The window shows the total space available on the firewall, along with the allocated and unallocated disk space.
