Hi Team,
We are facing issue with bellow error while starting the firewall up.
Also sometimes the firewall is not coming up so we need to reset the firewall and have to upload the configuration files to bring the production up.
Please provide a solution to the below error from the system log.
[critical hw bootstrap-image-error 0 No bootstrap media detected.]
Also below image will show an error while booting up.
What does the log dagger mean. Is this a hardware failure
Regards

Your firewall is in a factory default state. The bootstrap error is simply saying that it isn't finding bootstrap media, which is something that a factory default box will say when it searches for bootstrap media and it can't find a bootstrap USB.
What's the actual error you encounter when the firewall actually hasn't been reset that is making you think it needs to be reset? I'm assuming that this is after you've reset the box once you ran into that error?
This is likely something that we aren't going to be able to really troubleshoot for you in a forum. You need to engage TAC so they can actually look at your systems logs and determine if it's a software issue or a hardware issue. They'll likely simply end up doing an RMA on your 820.
