Reset to factory

I had to reset to factory, now I am prompted for a (PA-HDF Login), I have tried the normal admin/admin but it does not work.  Any suggestions?

I got it...

After a reboot the firewall will have to boot up and then complete an auto-commit. Possibly your firewall is still performing the auto-commit.

If your firewall doesn't come up then you may have a failure that requires assistance from Tech Support.

Wait for the appropriate prompt...

admin@PA-500>

admin@PA-2050>

Then try to login. If you are not seeing a prompt like the two shown, your Factory reset is still processing.

After doing a "reset to factory".

I first got a message:

Peregring login:RPC:Fragment too large 0x61c04a15

And then after some minutes the pa500 rebooted.

Now I only got pa-hpd:login prompt....

We are "out of business" here...

Runnin OS 3.1.7

EDIT: It took about 20 minutes before normal login apeared.
