Hi,
I have an antivirus download schedule and install job, but it seems PA FW is
stuck in the Download action. Sine 2 days I have the same result as below.
Enqueued ID Type Status Result Completed
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
22:00:10 2 Downld ACT PEND 78%
Is there a way I can kill this proccess or stop this proccess other than
restarting the box.
Please advise.

If a download job gets hung you can clear the job using the following command:
clear job id <id #>
This will allow you to attempt the download manually.
If this does not clear up the problem you should open a case with your authorized support provider.

Also I have observed that in case a download job fails, download it manually from the support website, and upload it manually and install it manually. It will work fine.
