Highly depends on how you've configured OpenVPN. if this is setup to utilize the default ports, the firewall should be identifying the traffic as open-vpn. Best advice however would be to look at the logs and see how your firewall is actually identifying the traffic, as once you change the port away from the defaults of 443 and 1194 the traffic will likely be seen as 'ssl'.
