Software updates on support portal is blank

Is anyone else having issues with software updates page being blank on support portal? I see dynamic updates are displayed but not software updates. I have tried Firefox, safari & chrome with no luck.

afaik, you can only see components there, you've licensed before.

Do you already registered a device with an auth code in the asset-section?

Are you restricted regarding access rights in the portal?

All my devices vanished from Assets page! Opened a case for it. Thanks!
