Is there an issue with the support portal. Unable to create a new case

Hi

If you can't create case at step3, please check column "NOTES"

 

For example:

Support provided through "Company Name", Email, Phone, Site. 

 

For technical support, you should contact the data indicated in the "NOTES" column.
