Hi Vincent,
I do not find a way to export the threat monitor via E-mail.
But your purpose could be solved if you use a Report Group which would contain the following:-
Go to Monitor-->Report Group
Name:- Test
Mark the Check box:- Title page
Tiltle --Top threats
Add the following:-
>top-viruses
>top-vulnerabilities
>top-spyware-threats
Attachement:- report group.PNG
Once you create the group you, you can bind the report group to the E-mail Scheduler
Go to Monitor-->PDF- Reports--Email-Scheduler.
Name:- email-schedule
Report Group: Test
Email Profile: ppatel-test [email server profile]
Recurrence: Daily
Attachement:- e-mail scheduler.PNG
Let me know if that is something you may want to do and solve your purpose.
Regards,
Parth

Threat monitor logs like Traffic logs can be exported directly from the Monitor screen using .csv. Are you not being allowed to do that? As far as receiving an email when a threat comes in, this tends to work. Are you receiving any emails from the PAN FW at all?
Please open a support case if you continue to see problems.
