How can we generate a custom report with a start and end time in it?

I am just jumping in with a additional question:
What if I would like to schedule this report I
I have an operational request to report daily the traffic during night.
This mean a threat report on activity from 16:00 to 08:00 the next day. - Every day
I am struggeling to make tihis happen automatically ..
