TS-Agent in a citrix enviroment where there is another TS-Agent (checkpoint) running. Is it possible the two TS-Agents works together?

Hi,

Our customer has Citrix terminal server solution, but they are using a TS-Agent from checkpoint to indentify users in a checkpoint proxy solution.

It seems that the TS-Agent from Paloalto working with the windows kernel decide the source ports to identify the user. Same behavior than the TS-Agent from checkpoint witch is using a WFP driver.

So, maybe, It's possible that both TS-Agent fight to assign source port to identify users.

Anybody in the building with this issue? Is it possible that two TS-Agents from different solutions work together without problem?

Thanks in advance and Best Regards

I believe a user can only connect to a single TS at a time.  I am not aware that there would any fighting or conflict between PANW and CP TS agents.  It is the port assignment from the TS agent that is allows a user to be known by that vendors product.
