@inderjit21: Yeah, if you execute a SNMP walk, you should be able to see the interface tree.
Then you can set your monitoring up to monitor the bandwith of tunnel-interface tunnel.x.
CheckMK and PRTG are working excellent with that - you may need to import the MIB files first - depending on your monitoring solution.
