Unable to add pre-defined EDL IP list in security rule destination address on panorama

Hi Team

Unable to see pre-defined EDL IP list in security rule destination zone on panorama. but In firewall I can able to see the predefined EDL in security rule destination address. antivirus, content version all are same and installed on both devices ( panorama and firewall ).

Note: In panorama for other firewall I can able see and add the pre-defined EDL ip list in destination zone

I have a lab Panorama that the same issue, and I fixed it, by installing the AV content (NOT the apps/threats signature package, but the daily antivirus.

Just moments ago... I had zero AV downloaded installed on my Panorama.

The moment I did a download/install of AV...

I got these....

so, you are missing AV downloads or similar.
