Unable to download software in Support Portal

Hi all,

Anyone here cannot download firmware file in PA support portal > software update? 

I click on the file but no file is being download.

I see the same issue with Dynamic Updates, can't download from the support portal or from the firewalls.

We have a similar issue.  We get a quick "please wait" and it disappears.

Ticketed opened with Palo Alto.  I recommend you do the same.
