unable to lunch ssl vpn client

hi,

i recently configured ssl_vpn sccessfully and i can download the client but everytime it downloads and installs but i cant see the client ?

Can we confirm that you're utilizing all of the prerequisites?

IE - 64bit

Java - 64 bit

Netconnect - 64bit

For 64bit Windows (Vista and Windows 7)

1) Download PanInstaller_x64.jar and PanSetup_x64.jar from server

    https://<gateway>/ssl-vpn/jnlp/PanInstaller_x64.jar

    https://<gateway>/ssl-vpn/jnlp/PanSetup_x64.jar

(replace "gateway" with IP of SSL-VPN gateway)

2) Unzip PanInstaller_x64.jar, and run InstallerSetup.exe

3) Unzip PanSetup_x64.jar, and run PanSetup.exe

It should become visible in the start menu and the files should be located under C:\Program Files\Palo Alto Networks\Pan Connect directory.

If this is not the case, check your windows logs, you may be blocking it due to user restrictions or User Account Control

it happens only for windows 7 x64, sorry not to mention that, my os is 3.1.6.
