Have anyone upgrade PANOS to 6.0.0 already ? any problems ?
I wonder why version 6.0.0 release date (01/19/2014) is older 5.0.11 (01/29/2014).

Just because 6.0 comes out doesn't mean development on 5.0 stops. PANOS versions have always overlapped.

Hello Sir,
Please find below the discussion on PAN-OS 6.0.0 and as ericgearhart said before, we are still developing PAN-OS 4.1.( 4.1.16) and 5.0 ( 5.0.11) also.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

Just to add to what ericgearhart says, the version development does occur in parallel on new releases. But generally when a new train comes out new FEATURES stop in the old train, just the bug fixes and stabilization code releases continue. Along with support for the dynamic updates until the end of life announcement.
So the reason to MOVE from a release train 5 to release train 6 will be the NEW feature you would like to use in the 6 release train.
