Per company policy, we block all online personal storage sites. However, as always, there are some exceptions. What is the best way to allow 1 specific user to 1 specific site? Do I really need to create a separate URL Security Profile for each exception? That would be a nightmare to manage as we add more exceptions. There must be a better way.
Thanks in advance!

Hello Scott,
You can make exceptions using Block list and Allow list columns in your URL filtering profile and you can have multiple entries in those columns. However, if you are really looking into segregating traffic for one user at a time, you have to write rules per individual user.
One possible way I could of think achieving this is :
- Create a URL filtering profile which has all the exceptions included in the allow/block list
- Write a security rule for a group of users to which you afford to apply the URL filtering profile you just created.
Is that something you are looking for ?
