Hi,
I would like to know how I can receive details on why a URL is placed in certain category and not another. I have a specific one that I submitted (nbcnewyork.com Palo Alto states is Entertainment and Arts) however the employees submitting this for recategorization state this is a news site. I would like the details so I can supply a reason to the employees.
Thanks

Actually those two categories are really similar when you actually look at what sites are assigned where. I'm guessing that the categorization process assgined this where it did because of 'Includes sites for entertainment, celebrity and industry news.'. The site that you posted has the Entertainment section pretty heavily focused on its main page. Not to say the site isn't miscategorized, it should be assigned to News.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours to actually get recategorized, and you'll then need to actually allow time for your firewall to pull the new categorization depending on how you've setup the firewall.

Actually, I submitted the url twice for recategorization to News but Palo Alto cameback both times that Entertainment and Arts is the correct category for it... I will provide the employee what you mentioned, that the site has the Entertainment section heavily focused on its main page. Thanks a lot for providing reasoning behind their categorization.
