Hi, we are having several problems with the use who we use to manage the Palo Alto.
We have create a profile with the users in Active directory who can manage our Firewall Palo Alto. The login with this user works propertly but sometimes (with no reasons)+ the user get blocked in Active directory and we cant access to the FW. We are using the correct credentials for this admin users and the user is not blocked by wrong attempts,
Why PA or AD is doing bad, why this user get blocked with no reasons??? where can i see any info about the reason for this block?

please check authd logs for any issues related to authentication by using below cli command
> tail follow yes mp-log authd.log
If the end user is getting some sort of block page then check traffic and URL logs under Monitor --> Logs
