I have two users using the same pc one on first shift and one on second shift, but the user id is staying the same for both user on the PA. Not having this issue anywhere else any suggestions?

How do you collect user-id? User-ID agent on remote server reading Domain Controller logs? Or reading DC logs directlly from firewall? Or with GlobalProtect agent installed on the machine? Or any other method?
My first bet is that the users are getting lazy and don't bother switching accounts and second shift continue working with first shift account.
