Hi,
This morning our UserId agent started to showing machine name instead of domain users. So the rules with source any group wasnt working.
Here we can see how a user is showed, but suddelnly is showed machine name, and then user.domain.
Why agent is taking machine name, not domain user logon????
user should be "mydomain\james.wan"

I'm going to take a guess that you either updated to 8.1.0 or updated the user-id agent itself?
