Users With Two LDAP Accounts

L0 Member

Hi All,

Our domain administrators have two Active Directory user acounts; a standard 'username' for normal day-to-day tasks, and a 'username_a' for administrative work.  Occasionally, PA will pick up the '_a' account when checking group access instead of the standard account.  Thes two accounts are permissioned differemtly with restricted access on the '_a' and some more elevated permissions on the standard user account.  Can anyone tell me what may be happenig here?  I experience this issue myself and it is sporadic, with no pattern to its occurence.

Software Version: 3.1.7

Application Version: 230-873

Any help greatly asppreciated,

Thank you.

Are you using Pan Agent to pick up the user/group information and the user-to-IP mappings?

If so which version of Pan Agent?
