What is this error and indicator of? "using cached portal and how can I trouble shoot it?

The same user complains that the globalprotect connection is dropping not her internet. Where is the best way to troubleshoot this kind of behavior to see if it is really the globalprotect causing the disconnect or drop?

Turn on the debug logs for the Global Protect client and make the user disconnect / connect several times with the debug rolling. Than get her to copy and paste the logs out of the client into a notepad.
That's where I would start or you can get her to re-install the client and try again.

So this covers issues where they connect just fine and then for no apparent reason are disconnected and it reconnects on its own?
