I am at 7.0 on Panorama and 5 firewalls. I'm hanging tight and waiting for an update before rolling back. Fortunately I can lab the roll back if needed. I have noticed issues with commits and the firewalls becoming out of sync. I had a ticket open for this with no real resolution. It has been a thorn in my side. I hope this is addressed.

See the note on the PAN 7 release page. The 7.0.1 release is posted so you do not need to roll back you can upgrade.
Software Release Notices: PAN-OS 7.0.x

Just FYI,
If you are running PAN-OS 7.0.0 or PAN-OS 6.1.x, you will need to download PAN-OS 7.0.1 in order to get to any new PAN-OS 7.0.x image. For example, upgrading from PAN-OS 7.0.0 or PAN-OS 6.1.5 to PAN-OS 7.0.2 will not work unless PAN-OS 7.0.1 is downloaded first. This is the same as any base image.
Thanks
