Thanks Sraghunandan,

i tried the suggestion but fail. the weird thing is i use laptop to connect to user network environment. i using nslookup for verify the hostname i also not able resolve.

Is the reverse pointer configured in your dns server?

For static devices also object address entries could be useful in ACC and traffic logs. Useless in export pdf

A valid DNS configuration.

The definition of "valid" from the PAN device's point of view is forward *and* reverse zone lookups are enabled and accurate.

You can't expect the firewall to resolve if the hostname isn't in the DNS correctly.
