Config commit phase 1 aborted(Module: device) pan_dnsproxyd_parse_instance(mgmt-obj) failed (Module: dnsproxyd) Commit failed
Apart from the obvious (that the commit failed).
I had just deleted the IP address of the management interface. What is the management interface really for? Do you have to use it? Do you have to have it configured? Why does it try and use the interface even though it's not plugged into anything?

Look in service route configuration so no mgmt services still try to use the mgmt interface instead of whichever dataplane interface you use instead..
The point of using a dedicated management interface is to be able to use out of band management, like if you have a dedicated mgmt-network. Also in case dataplane crashes then the mgmtplane will still function.
