from the CLI, show session ... will show the original and translated IPs, but that's on a per session basis, of course. so anything static wouldn't show unless there was an active session.

NAT policy to see configuration.
Enable coloumns NAT Dest IP and/or NAT Src IP to see NAT happening in logs.
Or click 'detailed log view' on specific traffic log entry to open all details about a session.

I believe this is the equivalent
PaloAlto(active)> show running global-ippool
Or you can match it on an address that you know already
PaloAlto(active)> show running global-ippool | match 172.19.20.24
