Hello,
I had set ssl-decryption on FW to connect GMail.
The below screenshot shows.
Probalbly, It is FW's response page.
What is this?

The certificate error is just because the you are doing a decryption and the certificate that firewall is sending to the end host is not trusted by the end host. To avoid that you can import the root certificate to the end host and make it as trusted root certificate. If you have multiple host then you can push the certificate from with the help of Group policy object
