Best way to Identify the user connected with the lower version of GP.

Hi Team,

 

Is there a best way to find out the user's who is using lower version of the Global Protect client. apart from Global Protect Logs.

GlobalProtect logs are the best way to view this information if you aren't going to actually do anything with it. You can otherwise build out HIP objects for the relevant objects that you want to utilize and group them in a hip-profiles entry if you want to use the information to power a hip-notification to get people to upgrade their agent or otherwise restrict access to internal resources if they don't have the desired agent.

you can use HIPs if you have the Gateway License but I prefer to use the GP logs and use ( client_ver neq 6.1.1 )  to see only lower versions.
