Downloaded and installed GlobalProtect app not running due to having macOS 10.15.7

L0 Member

Hi all,

I've downloaded and installed the GP app. When I try to run the app, it's telling me that I can't use this version of the application because I have macOS 10.15.7, and I require macOS 11.0 or later.

Looking around the internet, it seems that my macOS should be able to run the app.

Does anyone have any workarounds for this?

Thank you,

J

Hello @jin-soo.park

Could you please check what version for GlobalProtect Agent are you trying to run on your MacOS 10.15.7?

Does this GlobalProtect Agent version it's in the compatibility list? (Where Can I Install the GlobalProtect App?)

Cheers,
Cosmin

MACOS 10.15 supports GP versions 6.0, 6.,1 and 6.2. Below 6.0 and above 6.2 are not supported on MACOS 10.15.
