Hello dear forum participants,
For a couple of specific users, after user clicks on "Connect" on Global Protect and then enter their credentials on the web page ,we receive this error page below as "This site can't be reached" .
Then no connection to Global Protect established.
We uninstalled/reinstalled Global Protect, changed the default browser, cleared the browser cache, restarted the PAN seervices to no avail.
Is there any other who suffers / suffered from this and suggest a fix / solution ?. Will be greatly appreciated..

It seems like authentication is not going through. What type of authentication is set up SAML?
What do you see in the auth logs? Any recent changes anywhere?

Yes it is SAML.

Looks like URL redirect issues from SAML server. Please check authd logs on the firewall.
