Hello,
I am running into an issue that appears to affect connectivity for Windows 11 users. In windows 11 when I attempt to disable hyper-v via the command line with the command below and restart my machine, the VPN no longer successfully establishes a connection.
"bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off"
Then if I re-enable hyper-v and restart my machine the VPN successfully establishes a connection.
"bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto"
Note: both of these commands were working successfully for Windows 10, I was upgraded to Windows 11 last week. I have attempted to contact my companies IT to determine if it is a configuration issue on their end but have had no luck. I was wondering if this was something that others are also experiencing themselves.

That setting in itself doesn't prevent me from connecting with a brief test here at least on Windows 11 24H2, I would also be shocked to see that as any sort of a dependency unless you were running Windows 11 ARM and weren't using the ARM agent.
Your IT will need to look at the agent logs and see where things are actually hanging. In the event that you are using an ARM Windows machine, you need to have the right agent to get this to work properly.
