Global Protect application blank screen

L0 Member

Hello Team,

Can anyone help me to solve the global protect blank screen issue on my PC, as for others it normally works fine.

I am using Windows 10 / MFA and I have already removed and re-installed the GP App but still it shows a blank screen and I am not getting the login page to enter credentials and login to the GP VPN.

We have had some users experiencing the same problem. We realized that the graphical components appear if you resize the blank window. We have encountered this on GlobalProtect 6.2.6-838, Windows 10 and 11.

We are noticing the same on 6.2.7 and 6.2.5 with Windows 10 and Windows 11. It seems to occur after users update either windows or dell bios. The workaround we have told users for now is to just maximize the screen as that will refresh and bring up the mfa page.

we have the same problem with version 6.3.1-c383 and 6.3.2.

TAC support sent me to this page, they are actively working the issue.

The fix is on 6.1.6, 6.3.3, 6.3.4, 6.0.13, 6.2.7-h2 (This is a debug version

6.2.8 should have the fix in it and is currently released (this is not a preferred version yet)

The internal reference is GPC-22542. (This is not a public BUGID)
