Hi, i am having issues connecting to the internal network while using the globalprotect vpn. at first the vpn connects to the gateway but when i try to reach the firewall interface the connection is dropped. Also rdp connections are veery slow. Please help

is this a new deployment or has this suddenly appeared? does this apply to many users or just you/a few ?
if this is a new deployment, make sure your inbound security rule is set up properly, check your traffic and threat logs to see nothing is getting blocked
make sure you allow IPSec inbound (as ssl will have slightly worse performance)
