I started getting the following error message yesterday on Mac running MacOS 13.4.1. GlobalProtect version 5.2.10-6. The computer was upgraded two weeks back and has been working fine connecting to the VPN. User can log into globalprotect.domain. Also when the credentials are being checked properly - when wrong password is entered, the user gets the incorrect credentials error message.
Connection Failed
Gateway: The network connection is unreachable or gateway is unresponsive. Check the network connection and reconnect.
User can connect to other network resources just fine - only runs into issue when connecting via GlobalProtect.
The only weird entry I could find from debug logs is the DNS.txt file where none of the resolvers except local are reachable.
