GlobalProtect support for macOS 27 Golden Gate

L0 Member

Looking for any documentation regarding GlobalProtect's support for macOS 27 Golden Gate.
Has Palo Alto posted any official documentation?
Has anyone started testing GlobalProtect with macOS 27 and what has been your result?

Thanks

According to https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/compatibility-matrix/reference/globalprotect/where-can-i-install-t...

Either:

6.2.8-h13 (6.2.8-c1045) and later 6.2.x releases

or

6.3.3-h14 (6.3.3-c1121) and later 6.3.x releases

support MacOS 27.

I have users who confirmed that 6.3.3-h14 worked.

Sadly, macOS27 has caused issues with GP... Devices will continually disconnect/reconnect. Started on 6.2.6 and moved to 6.3.3 (latest stable release). Troubleshooting so far hasn't yielded any positive results. I'd stick to macOS 26 until this is widely tested.

I've since tested 6.3.3-h14 with users and have confirmed that the constant reconnections have been resolved. Thank you.
