Hello guys,
Customer is currently using the GlobalProtect authentication method linked to Okta SAML in the prism access.
The authentication worked well until yesterday, but it does not work as shown in the attached screenshot from today.
Strangely, these issues only happen to Mac users.
Windows users are successfully authenticated and connected to GlobalProtect.
One interesting thing is that authentication works and does not work repeatedly on the Mac. The authentication usually works when PC rebooted.
According to the log, an issue occurred because cookies could not be decrypted as below :
-> Cannot decrypt cookie
GP OS : 6.0.1
Please give me some advice on this matter.
