We are experiencing an inconvenience that the login windows for username/password and MFA prompt are not always bring into focus - requiring our users to click on the Globalprotect icon on the system tray/notification area to access/view the login Windows.
we are using user-logon (always on) with SAML authentication, embedded browser, GP agent 6.2.4
we have tried the following:settings: "display status panel at startup" and "allow globalprotect ui to persist for user input" and both does not seem to make any difference.
Any suggestions?
