Many laptop not get internal corporate network while connect to internal network. What the cause and how to fix it.

Yes,
It's like when my customer connect to a corporate network (Private IP range) the GlobalProtect app will usually show as "you are connected internal corporate" but yesterday many laptop connect to a corporate network as the same but GlobalProtect app show that it's connect to external gateway India.
