We have implemented Okta SAML to authenticate. MacOS Globalprotect users cannot connect. Same users can connect using windows PC GP client but not MacOS client (same account, same remote IP) so it is not wrong credentials or invalid account. After completing the Okta login sequence, the MacOS GlobalProtect client reports "Connection Failed Authentication Failed". is there anyone had same issue ? Please help here.
