Hi All,
Thanks for taking the time to read this post.
About 3 weeks ago, we started experiencing issues on Windows 11 where the wireless NIC does not connect prior to login. Users have to authenticate in order for the wireless to connect to the last known good SSID. Once authenticated and connected, wireless stays connected until reboot.
Here's our Config:
Windows 11 with latest OS patches/udpates
DUO Authenticator (latest) - configured for offline bypass
GlobalProtect 6.3.3-c650. Running since available (July 2025, I believe).
IPv6 is disabled on all adapters
Tried removing windows updates and verifying all other apps are latest version and patch. Checked logs and nothing really stands out. None of the troubleshooting steps have resolved issue. However, a Windows "repair" worked on a test system but this can't be "THE" fix as it would impact too many users.
Is anyone else experiencing these issues or similar? Thoughts/suggestions?
Thanks!
