could you let us know that if we raise an RMA for replacement they will send only the device or they will send along with power cable.

When I have previously done RMAs they have shipped the power cable, all the other cables, and documentation that normally comes when you order a new device. However, if this is a point of concern you should probably confirm this in the TAC/RMA case.
