Palo Alto Networks hosted a webinar about GlobalProtect Agent that offers details about the settings and CIS Controls. We also included the informative Q&A Session that followed the instruction.
Joe Delio here from the LIVEcommunity with some great news about GlobalProtect Agent Settings that you'll want to check out. We all know that the world has been forced to quickly move into remote working, which has also put big strain on your network. Fortunately, all of us at Palo Alto Networks have been working diligently to provide you with resources for GlobalProtect and Prisma Access to help you scale your mobile workforce.
Now that your network is stabilized (or getting there) and you have adapted to your virtual environments and remote SOCs, your Next-Generation Firewall, Panorama, and GlobalProtect should be doing the heavy lifting with keeping your network secure. However, this doesn’t mean that it’s time for a vacation. In fact, this probably means that it's time to run a BPA on your network to review, reinforce, and update to fill in any security gaps.
The GlobalProtect webinar was produced by David Cumbow (@DavidCumbow) who masterfully provides some excellent information about GlobalProtect Agent Settings and CIS Controls. David has put together other videos about GlobalProtect for LIVEcommunity, which can be found on the LIVEcommunity YouTube channel. However, in this webinar, David has help from Aaron McAllister, Shane Markley, and Dan Smith whom all play key parts in providing more details.
There is also a great Q&A session that followed the webinar.
