Hello Team,
Just few hours ago we have upgraded our pa 1410 panos from ver 11.1.10-h1 to 11.1.12 recommended by tac to solve error log "devsrsr: virtual memory limit exceeded, restarting ".
Now through these few hours after apparently a successful upgrade we are receiving many new error log.

severity: high
opaque: MLAV Server certificate validation failed. Dest Addr: ml.service.paloaltonetworks.com, Reason: certificate has expired

What is this about and what action you recommend?
TIA

We started getting these alerts on our 1410s last night, but these seem to have stopped this morning. Interesting the url ml.service.paloaltonetworks.com certificate was renewed on 24th Oct 2025 and is good till 24th Oct 2026, so it isn't like it has suddenly changed and the firewall was just catching up.

Same here, that means I guess this was cloud service outage or maintenance, and tonight will see if it will show up again or not.
