Palo alto contact for refund

Is there anyone that knows who to contact for purchased done on AWS. 

-Palo Alto NGFW purchased on the aws market place

 

If you you know how to go about the refund let us know.

If it was purchased through the AWS marketplace you would have to go through AWS to see about a refund option.

We have already gone through amazon said they are good but need to get a go ahead from Palo ALTO FOR any refund to effect.

Can you share what happened that lead you to pursue a refund? Might come in handy so other community members don't get into the same situation

I don't think the accepted solution worked. WE STILL NEED PALO ALTO  CONTACT.  Thanks.

Were you able to reach out to Palo through link that @reaper posted above? Contact Support - Palo Alto Networks 

 

Otherwise do you have a Palo sales rep? As they should be able to help as well.
