Permitted IP address for management interface could not access HTTPS but PING /SSH working

L0 Member

PAN OS is 10.2.10-h4 while adding a permitted IP on the MGMT interface and commit this change the web access (HTTPS) not working while the SSH and Ping working fine why it happened ? i should remove the permitted IPs from CLI to be able to work.

Hello @K.Samir

thanks for posting!

Based on what you described you might be hitting an issue described in this thread: https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/next-generation-firewall/permitted-ip-address-for-management-in.... For time being I would recover GUI access by CLI and check the KB mentioned in the above thread before attempting to put permit IP list again.

Kind Regards

Pavel
