Thank you very much for the reply. 

Would you please check if the link is correct? I can successfully log in to https://quest-asc.paloaltonetworks.com where I can upload TSF and analyse the file - this indicates I should have the permission to access self-paced quest training module.  I tried the link you mentioned - however I am getting the error message below.
